~ First session

First I felt a slight crack in the lower forehead area and a flicker of muscle on my face. Then the accelerated pulsation of the arteries in the neck and the tapping of the heart. Then, on the stomach, in the navel area, increased pressure and pain. It was as if a round object pressed that part of me. In the area of the shoulder joints, I also felt more intense pain, as in the elbows on the inside, I felt as though they were pierced by a thick needle, without pain. Then the feeling of flow in the forearms against the fingers. For hands that were located next to the body, I had the feeling that they are very light and as if they were leaning on me. Then there are visual moments. Unfamiliar figures and geometric bodies appeared inside my head, very nice feeling (they were dear to me). The bodies were three-dimensional, moving towards me, from the simplest ones, such as a sphere, a cube, a heap, a rhomboid, to more complex ones, such as a five-sided prism, deltoid, pyramid, and even more complex ones, such as dodecahedron, octahedron, icosahedron. I had an indescribable feeling that a group of angels was close to me and that they were communicating with each other, but that their communication also applied to me. After that, the body I felt a slight itching in places and periodically, and then intense relaxation and finally so nice feeling of bliss that I wanted to stay in that feeling to infinity.

After the session, I felt very relaxed, pampered, and positive. Many times I start the day very anxious about work and commitments, so for the first time in a long time I began to feel such relaxation. I got up slowly in the morning. I had intense dreams, and otherwise I never dream. During the day, the relaxation intensified, so I began to look much more flexibly at the commitments (to which I had always felt before), and so I ended them, slowly and relaxed.

~ Second session

A completely opposite reaction than during the first session. I first felt a crack in the right side of my head. Then the pain in the cervical vertebrae. Then stomach cramps and pressure on the abdomen, but upwards, as if someone were lifting the diaphragm. Then there is the spasm of the muscles of the complete body. Then constant itching, the same all over the body, and especially at the root of the toes and arms. And again and again in the bouts, first muscle spasm and then itching. It is as if a spasm of muscle produces some vibration and then something begins to "erupt" through my pores on my skin, creating a strong itch in the form of itching that is on the verge of intolerance. I saw a desert, and a turtle moving slowly across its sand. The sand is glowing, redder in color. And the turtle is very small and dark green-brown in color. It moves across the vast desert, leaving a trail in the sand behind it. A very striking and sympathetic sight. The reactions on the body, the spasms were very intense, so I couldn't relax at all, not like during the first session.

Again I dreamed the entire night, I can not remember precisely what. I know there were people, situations, landscapes and cities, jobs too. The next day, I felt mood swings, from relaxation and positivity, to sadness and milder depression, and then moments of joy and relaxation. In doing so, I do not feel any tension or pressure, but I accept it all as normal. I would emphasize that all those moments go out of my stomach, and then I feel like nervousness and depression, so after a while the energy comes back into me and emotions of joy, positive and relaxation come to me.

After the first session, I felt deep relaxation, but with less energy. After the second session, the relaxation was even stronger, but I received a sudden influx of energy. It's like I'm ready for some action and have strong motivation and willpower. I have a developed intuition. During dreams, I had the feeling of being empty of something, so I think dreams play a more important role in all of this. I have experianced a lot in my life, from war, the street, hard times, I was very young, so the events in those years left a mark on me that I had forgotten about. Still, I get the impression that after Reconnection, something inside me is happening. For now, I notice that I am no longer as tense as before and that I am starting to look at things much more flexible and more natural.
