I described the impression from the Reconnection sessions earlier, and now I have the desire to share and complete my impression after a certain period of time. After the personal reconnection sessions, there were changes in my field of life in all spheres of my psychophysical condition, outlook on life and things around me. The previous period of 5 months I had "reactions" in the form of mood swings, from good to bad that occasionally occurred and weakened over time. At the same time, my body has experienced a balance of complete harmony of mind and body. First of all, after balancing my psychophysical state, then a whole new experience of myself and the feeling that accompanied it, my views on things and life around me changed a lot. It is as if I have moved into a whole new dimension that suits my mind and body, and thus my possibilities of comprehension and understanding have expanded. It was as if I had entered a well-lit space from a dim room. For example, physically I feel much better, healthier, full of positive energy, optimism and all this for no good reason. Mentally I feel more relaxed, more balanced, my mental energy is used more rationally. I see things much easier, as if I have an expanded picture of what is happening, but I do not spend energy to understand and understand it, but the impression that everything is already clear to me, and I have a much simpler perception and understanding of life, so the solutions in it come much more naturally and more spontaneously.
