First session

 

At the beginning of the first session, I first felt a sudden onset of moods, laughing (some funny life details were passing through my head), and this gradually turned into some form of anxiety (feelings of anxiety, worry, tension). After that, emotional equalization occurs. It is the psychic part that manifests itself first, and then there are physical reactions. I felt like an artery was pressed in my head (at its center), so that there was an intense feeling of tapping in it, at the same rhythm and speed as my heart was beating at that moment. Then increased pain in the eyes (a similar pain without pressure appeared to me after the recent use of a welding device), deep pain, as if someone pressed the eyeballs with fingers, and then it passed, the pain and pressure went away. Then there is a feeling of adrenaline in the body, a feeling of heightened energy, like when I am about to do something, I feel elated. My hands twitched. The feeling of stretching overwhelms me, as if I was cramped, so someone stretched me, freed me from something. I felt the cold breeze rustle. a sense of strength, energy in the hands. It is as if my body has elongated. I felt and saw white rings pass around me, (concentric white circles) as in a greenhouse, going toward my head, in one, irreversible direction. Towards the end, I walk on the edge of reality and sleep, feeling extremely relaxed. A millisecond separates you from falling asleep and also from wakefulness. I cannot emphasize this enough, as a kind of "hibernation", really. A feeling of bliss, of being in unity with nature.
