~ First session

 

In the first session, I first felt energy on my body, tingling on my hands, and cold on my legs. Then, I felt energy in the front. It is manifested in the form of increased tension and slight pain. This was followed by a feeling of thrust in the chest area that was so strong that I could not breathe normally. The same thrust appeared in my stomach (feeling like someone was sitting on it). Finally, I heard a beautiful melody that I could not describe that caused a sad emotion to burst into me. The first session brought me an encounter with deeply repressed emotions from the past (the loss of a loved one) through the alternation of certain visual moments. Shortly after, came the tears.

 

~ Second session

 

Again there was energy throughout the body in waves of heat and cold. Also the feeling of something caressing under my skin in the temple area. I felt the same thrust in the chest area as in the first session, but simultaneously with the thrust in the upper back. Then, I felt like someone was tearing a nerve down my spine, which was otherwise problematic for me. In the neck there was the same feeling. Afterwards, I felt a slight tickle in my ears that permeated to the tonsils, with which I had a longstanding problem. After the second session, my spine and neck pain disappeared.

 

~ Third session

 

At the third session, I felt lung pain (I've been a smoker for many years), like when I have pneumonia so I can't smoke. Likewise, the feeling of swirling and shifting in the stomach. I felt the heat in the right ear, which I normally heard worse. Then the pain of a wound from an operation that was completed several years ago. Then the energy pressure from the foot to the half of the thigh. She appeared allergic reaction after a session on the inner knee, which was withdrawn after half an hour, as if nothing had happened. (I had this allergic reaction a few years ago after the death of a close person).

 

Upon completion of all three sessions, the body was cleansed, both emotionally and physically. My first observation is that I responded well to stressful situations (nothing touched me) and even if there were some major stressful situations, the reaction to them would be short-lived. For the first three days of the third session of Reconnective Healing, I had stages of crying for no particular reason. Emotions just flowed, and after crying, followed by a phase of gratuitous rage of two days. And then, the next morning, I was awakened by laughter during my sleep, which continued throughout the day. What is obvious, the spinal pain has stopped, I do not have it. I'm much calmer, and I no longer have a problem with stressful situations that I face on a daily basis at work. When I inhaled cigarette smoke, I had a severe pain in my lungs. Now, my lungs are clearing my coughing secretions, and this has never happened to me before. Thanks Ivan...
