~ First session

     

During the first session, at first, I was continuously in a semi-conscious state. I fall asleep, I wake up for a moment and fall asleep again. When I "wake up" I briefly see Ivan hands in front of my eyes and fall asleep again. And so many times. In doing so, my eyes were opening and closing without my desire. When I wake up, I would say that I am very heavy and that I cannot move my limbs or my entire body. In the second part of the session, I had a few sudden movements-jerks with my arms and legs that I couldn't predict. The shoulder I have a problem with earlier started to hurt me. This pain lasted up to ten minutes before the end of the session.

 

After the first session, when I got up from the massage table, I felt much more comfortable in general. Everything was good. I didn't talk much, I was somehow in "my world". However, the first night after the first session was very tiring for me. I slept hard, woke up many times, and fell back into sleep - as in the first session. In doing so, I had a bad dream. At one point, I woke up completely "wet" not knowing what to do with tears or sweat. The pillow was also completely soaked. The next day, everything went pretty normal, as always.

 

~ Second session

 

At the beginning of the second session, I felt as if someone were pressing my throat and temples, with the impression that if the pressure just increased a little, that I would really suffocate. This lasted throughout the session. In the end, I relented and returned to normal. And again I had minor jerks with arms and legs, but one jerk was so strong that I almost jumped out of bed, opened my eyes, I was completely confused. I didn't know what it was about. In the second session, my shoulder hurt even more than in the first.

 

After the second session I was followed by the same feeling as during the first session. Extreme ease and pleasantness, and during the night I woke up many times again, more times than after the first one, but I did not have such a stressful night to sweat and cry, I just woke up. And I wake up just like that, for no particular reason, I look around confused, and fall asleep again.
 

~ Third session

 

The third session was kind of the most fun for me, with the least jolt in terms of the first two sessions. Shoulder pain reappeared, but this time in the least intensity and permanence. In doing so, I had the feeling that a thin metal and cold tube was placed over my thigh muscles and that it was pressing harder and harder. At one point, I received a vision in my mind, as if someone were approaching me and wanted to give something to my hand. Did he just want to give me something to do with what he was giving me, to try, I can't remember, but at that moment I trembled with my hands, as if I didn't want to do it, and my picture got lost.

 

The night after the third session passed peacefully. I didn't dream anything, and I didn't even wake up. Everything went fine and calm. After three sessions of Reconnective Healing, I feel very comfortable, emotionally and mentally. I have no panic attacks. I sleep well. And I can't wait for you to be free again to come and to have another session, because you have helped me a lot with my problem, and most importantly, others are noticing this improvement.
