~ First session

 

Durring the first session, I had a amazing feeling that I would get out of myself. As if a force is taking my body, moving it, twisting it, lifting it, lowering it, all around me. The most intense impression was when I felt something lifted my hips a meter - left above me. I pointed my heels and nape into the mattress of the massage table because I felt like I would jump out. Then again, the same force, it was as if someone had grabbed my hips and dropped them a meter down - to the right, below me (as if my hips were twisted - my left side was raised and my right was flattened and vice versa). Then I felt warmth in my right hand (a fist with a problematic nerve that causes pain over my forearm and reaches to my spine). Then something like a force hitting me on the right forearm. I felt my spine out of the center of the body (she was moving left and right of the center) with the feeling of being twisted. I felt as if my being was a wire that stretched from head to foot, twisting, oscillating, finally calming and stabilizing at the center of the body at the very end of the session. During the session I had almost no thoughts or mental images. I thought about the people I love and my cat. My facial muscles played for moments and I wanted to open my eyes. The body also shifted and jerked at the moments.

 

After the session I felt great, full of energy, joy! The pains were completely gone. When I lay down I could not sleep because of happiness and excess of energy. Three days after that I felt powerful and fantastic, also without any pain. On the fourth day in the morning, I forgot to take my therapy pill and felt afraid that my pain would  return. From that moment on, the pain really came back to me and lasted for the next three days. After that I had pain periodically.

 

~ Second session

 

(Ivan did the second session via distance because of his inability to come to Podgorica). As soon as I closed my eyes, I felt as if my body was leaving me, as if it was coming out of me and flying vertically in front of me, at about a 45° angle. I felt fear and nervousness moving away from myself. After that, I felt like my feet were moving forward, that my entire lower body was elongating horizontally. I kept my fingertips pressed against the bed and it felt like I was holding them on the bed hundreds of feet in front. I felt like I was collapsing, sinking, and I felt the same twist of the center of my body as in the first session, except this time it felt like I was sitting, even though I knew I was lying. After that, nothing went on for a long time, no feeling except fear and nervousness. My thoughts wandered everywhere. There were songs in my head that I don't remember now. I couldn't stop my thoughts. I was cold, I wiggled, and soon covered with a blanket from the bed. Then I calmed down and suddenly felt a huge surge of energy. It's like someone detonated a bomb inside me. A clean heat appeared below me, as if I were lying on a stove. My right fist was hot and burning with heat. At that moment, my mother opened the door from the dark room and told me that 30 minutes had passed. I was surprised because everything seemed relatively short.

 

After the second session I feel good and positive. I almost feel no pain except the thumb of the right hand. At times, I feel a sharp pain in my wrist that expands. I've been feeling this pain for the last year and a half. When it comes, I do not surrender and it disappears shortly after. I feel like all the fears, doubts and negative emotions are coming out now. And also, the feeling in my right hand came back, as if it was mine again. It was as if she had been cut off from my body before, and not as cold as before.

 

~ Third session

 

(Ivan also did via distance) At first I felt like my hands were up and hovering in the air. Then it felt like the back of my head was glued to the bed and the rest of the body is at the angle of about 45°. Not long after, everything returned to normal and the feelings disappeared for a while. Next feeling: My head started to tighten back (as if someone had grabbed it and pulled over the bed, backwards and downwards) and then I felt a burning sensation. Then strong oscillations. First in the head region, (as if I was spinning it very much from left to right), then later the same oscillations in the body, (as if the body was shaking at high speed from left to right). This time I felt a re-curvature of the body, but at the slightest intensity and only to my left. The feeling in my hands was like lifting them from the bed and bending my elbows, even I knew they were lying still on the bed. At the end of the session, I felt as if my body had been restored, as if it were mine again. For the first time in a long time, I felt my spine in the center of my body, my arms and legs where they needed to be. I felt my fingers and toes with pleasure.

 

I'm feeling much better this morning, best so far. That pain I felt in my hands has been gradually diminishing this morning, and I hope it will completely disappear. No more sharp pains anywhere. The pain that was worst in my thumb and hand I no longer feel. Mentally, I feel great, positive.
