~ First session

 

When you put your hands above my head, an image of a golden, glowing orb began to appear immediately, and it began to rotate around its axis, as if moving toward me. The bright light shone out of her and made my eyes bother. Then I felt the weight and pressure in the abdomen around the navel. Tension. That feeling lasted for a few moments, and then the pictures came to me, some difficult moments and periods from my childhood. I saw very bad moments. My parents didn't have a very harmonious marriage, so I had a lot of emotional moments like that. This is where I saw myself going through these pictures from the past. I started crying a lot, so Ivan interrupted the session briefly. As we continued the session, the glowing ball reappeared, and so the images continued to show up, but quickly, in a rush. I did not visualize them myself, but it was as if some light from that orb was sticking to my face and then the image appeared. I saw myself sitting and running on the beach by the sea, I also saw waves. I'm not in the mood and the weather is cloudy. I saw some unrelated pictures, for example, of an ugly man with a beard looking at me angrily. Then my wedding. Then the striking picture is of me climbing the rope with the abyss below me. At the same time, the rope is very weak, full of knots, and slowly breaks, with a bird holding it in her beak and waiting for me to climb. The bird was grayish in color, very small, it reminded me of a sparrow but with a long beak. Then I saw the sun flapping behind the trees. Then as I climb the hill with flowers, trees and a water stream. Then I felt the cold breeze passing by my head. Then I saw you laughing too. I had the impression that you pulled something out of my throat and then something came out of it. At the end of the session, I felt warmth on my chest, with the feeling of hovering above the bed and being very light. A little later, I felt as if I was lying on my side, even though I was physically actually lying on my back.

When I layed down on the massage bed, I was extremely tense, until a while later when the emotions started to flow out of me. I was very calm at the end, with the feeling that I could lie there for so long. In each picture I saw myself as a child, not as an adult. Also, water often appeared in the images in the form of rivers, seas and waves. Immediately after the session, I felt much more calm and relieved, probably because of the emotions that came out of me. In the morning I also felt good, slept well and did not dream (otherwise I always have nightmares). The day after the session I had mild pain and weight in my stomach, around my navel. And in the next few days I found myself in a different perception and looking at some things that were happening in my life.

 

~ Second session

I closed my eyes and then again, a glowing ball came to me, which rotated and a bright light began to radiate into my face. I started laughing. Then I saw myself in a yellow sweatshirt, when a little brown puppy came to play with me. He was very sweet. He had very funny, big ears, he looked like Cocker Spaniel to me. And then we start to chase, but in a very strange way ie. as if we were in a whirlwind. And so he chases me a little and I laugh so I chase him, but we can't get there at all because we're in that whirl. My heart was beating a lot. Then I saw my brain standing in front of me and there was something going on around it, as if some frequencies were moving towards it, in the form of balls and rings. Then I also saw fractals in very intense colors overflowing. Then I see myself on the beach, the day is clear and sunny and I swim in the sea. I saw myself underwater, then as if I was looking in the water and seeing my reflection in it. The water is calm. I see a white horse, a unicorn. I saw myself as a baby and my mother laying me in a bed. After that, I saw myself again, but as if I were an adult child of 9-10 years, hugging my mom. Then I see myself as I climb some rocks and in the distance I see the monastery. I also saw Ivan laughing and saying, "We did it, it's good." Yes, the little dog from the beginning of the session followed me and was with me from start to finish. From the physical sensations, the cold breeze on my hips, the pressure in my head and intestines were contracting. Something thumped in my ribs, and something "popped" in my left ear.

And after the session, I began to feel mild nausea and dizziness, and my stomach ached in the area around my navel. It started to get very sleepy for me. This followed me throughout the day, until the evening when I was a little better. When I got home I felt like I was in a trance, very sleepy. A completely different feeling than after the first session. Yesterday during the session there were some pretty pictures, like some movie. Sun, nature, water. Too bad it's only 3 sessions. I forgot to tell you, the pictures I saw were related to a song I really like, and it's called "Miracle" (Julian Peretta). I kind of feel weird all day. Something like it's happening. I'm in a good mood but I don't know how to describe it. I act in the usual way, but somehow I feel more comfortable, I look different. I'm kinda more relaxed, and sometimes I wonder how I will react if my "fears" come up again? To me, all this is like in a movie, as if it wasn't me, in a positive way.

~ Third session

 

The session started with the impression that my legs and arms were very heavy, as if they were fastened to the bed and that I could not move them. On the left hand in particular, it was as if something had "attached" to me, something very heavy. Then glow on the belly, around the navel. Pain and like "punching" on my temples. Then as if the warm liquid began to flow into me, it entered into me through my hands. Then again, the fireball, and then the pictures begin to rotate one after the other. Mostly some nature and water motives. First a picture of a whirlwind and like falling into an abyss. In doing so, I only see myself falling from the first person. I see myself running and walking towards some black energy form, and I go forward through it. Then I see a rainbow above the clouds and a small bird flying beside me, a woodpecker. Then I see the baby's fetus develop in water and gain new life. Then I laughed because I saw myself underwater and Ivan laying his palms on the surface of the water above my head. My eyes were closed. And then, in that vision, I held my hands, that is. palms on his hands. And then I saw the bright golden light that appeared between our palms. After that I see golden circles flying out of me and back to me again.

 

Immediately after the session, I felt pressure in my head and confusion. Then good mood and positivity.

 

I want to say that I was not trying to imagine things, but I completely indulged myself as you told me, and the pictures came to me. And the pictures I would most closely describe in scenes from the "Matrix" movie. The pictures were changing really fast and I could see them from multiple perspectives. A glowing ball followed me in every session, from the beginning to the end of the session. And I saw a lot of water in every session, in the form of rivers, streams, seas, waves. And the sun, the sun's energy. We worked the sessions 3 days apart. I have a great will to strengthen mentally, start looking for books that can guide me on how to work on myself. Shortly after the session, I began to pay more attention to my emotions and use positive affirmations. I wanted to read books on the subject of spirituality and to write for me important extracts from them. I’m no longer in a “spasm” like I used to. I begin to consciously understand that I slowly need to get stronger emotionally, to become much stronger. My problems and fears began to diminish and I also began to look at them differently, in the sense that I now realize that these are lessons for me that relate to my mental growth.
