~ First session

​

During the first session, I first felt excitement, a rush of heat in my chest, and then a rapid heartbeat. After that, there is a rush of heat. Then the stinging in my right leg and knee that I normally have a problem with and moving the same knee to the side. Then the incredible impression that my head is turning 180 °. In the stomach, it was as if something was moving with a rumbling of the intestines, and then a pulsation of the stomach. The whole time I felt a flow of energy, bursts of heat, for a moment and a stronger pain in my right arm. Towards the end of the session and moving my fingers on my hands, then opening my fists even though they were already open and feeling like I was hovering over the bed. I saw bright lines, like meridians, then the first “crackling” and not long after, and the “ringing” in my head. I also saw “eyes” briefly. At the end of the session, I felt beautiful and relaxed, with the crackling of the vertebrae, very pleasant, as well as the increased crackling of the radiator, which I turned on before the start of the session and which was heard (crackled) all the time.

After the session, my stomach continued to throb. By the way, whenever I shake emotionally, my stomach wants to pop out of anxiety. It "hits" me there first. He is my weak point.

I am very sensitive, that is. I experience everything with my soul. My impression after the first session is bliss and gratitude. I slept so well, like a baby. I feel that way this morning too. Really, I'm so happy. By the way Ivana, today I felt the whole day in my right knee (which moved last night) as heat, flow of energy, circulation. Also, I was a little confused during the day. Tonight I feel beautiful, and my brother noticed that, and he doesn't know the reason.

~ Second session

​

The second session was much more concrete and "effective" in terms of sensations and reactions, although I do not have adequate words to describe what I felt. The session was special because it awakened in me my inner beauty, the feeling of spiritual fulfillment, some special, inner joy and bliss. She started with intense moments of turning her legs, especially her right one, with turning her arms and opening her fists. Then, a pleasant back pain in the area where I normally have pain. Also, a pleasant pain at the site where I had bile duct surgery. Then the tingling in my stomach, the flow of energy with the accompanying beautiful feeling as if I was separating from my body and floating above the bed. At one point, it starts ringing in my ears and I see waves of light coming towards me. Not long after, a sudden rush of cold begins inside me. At one point I encountered some fear, with vague thoughts. It was as if fears were starting to come out of me. The burning sensation in the stomach begins again, and again the impression of turning the head 180 °, turning left and right.

After the session I feel full of energy, calm and grateful to heaven.

Tonight while meditating I literally had a “fitness meditation”. I can't describe to you what I experienced. Raising the arms by 90 °, the impression of turning the arms by 360 °, one after the other. Rotate head 180 °, turn left and right. Stomach tingling. Lifting my head, neck and upper back, turning my head up and down, spreading my lips into a smile, and then laughing. Raising your legs, first one, then the other, then both. I feel perfect and I am all impressed. It’s also amazing that I wasn’t scared at any point.

~ Third session

​

At first upset and excited again. This is followed by an increased heartbeat, strong pressure on the head with turning of the head and pain on her left side. turning the legs inwards, joining the heels and lifting upwards, pain in the left side of the head, arms, tingling in the abdomen with cold and warm waves. At the same time, the lower part of my legs was constantly warm. Then stronger pain in the upper part. So, my back really hurt, and otherwise I have problems with that part of my back, my spine is to blame for that part and I often have pain. Raising my hands and the scene that gave this session a special charm, is when, in complete darkness and with my eyes closed, I saw my hands rising and it was as if light was coming in / out of them. A truly indescribable scene, like from the movies. Grateful to heaven.

And now I feel beautiful and so somehow my eyesight is clear. It was as if my horizons had widened. It's as if I just opened my eyes, my view is very clear and somehow "bigger". I don't know if I told you, last night, after the session was over, my brother told me that my eyes look very big and shine. So, what I feel is obvious to be seen. And I feel really nice. Now I would just laugh.
