~ First session

 

I was very excited, more precisely, I did not manage to relax at all, from anticipation and curiosity. Questions and thoughts just swarmed in my head, so I created pressure on myself. About the sensations, I just felt a pleasant warmth on my palms that occasionally spread to my elbows as well as at times to my chest. It bothered me that I didn’t have a pillow, and for the rest of my body I felt like it was frozen. I was terribly sleepy. I struggled with sleep because at the time I didn’t know if I was allowed to fall asleep during the session. I sank into sleep a dozen times for sure and jerked out of it, totally losing track of time. So, I wasn't really fascinated by the sensations themselves, but what happened to me the next day really surprised me. At first, I barely woke up. I wished I didn’t get up that day. I have to point out that I woke up very angry. A feeling of anger followed me until the middle of the day when a horrible headache began, one I had never felt before in my life (and I really hope it doesn’t happen again), with a feeling of nausea. It literally numb my right cheek. What was interesting was that I made one important decision that morning, and I concluded that the above feeling of anger was a product of my long-standing indecision about a particular situation. The mood significantly improved the next day, and the headache completely stopped, so I was "like new". I felt warmth in my palms for the next 4-5 days.

 

~ Second session

 

The second session was after a day off. Ivan suggested that I put the pillow on anyway, considering that I was uncomfortable without it. It started again with heat on my left palm and then, like thunder from a clear sky, I felt an attack of heat in my stomach, more precisely in the solar plexus, from where the wave of heat spread further throughout the body, across the chest to the feet, from chest to neck, or more precisely, the thyroid gland, all the way to the jaw and face. Feeling as if heat is entering through the mouth and nostrils. I have problems with the appendix, which I emphasize for the reason that at a certain moment I felt as if someone had embraced that small organ with warm hands. Very pleasant feeling. The session was over and I was crazy with happiness and positivity, like drugged. Fantastic feeling. I laughed so hard that the housemates were amazed. There was pressure in my head, a slight dizziness, even my ears were a little stuffy. Again, questions and thoughts surged. The next morning I woke up somehow physically heavy, sleepy. I had occasional itching all over my body - urticaria - which I struggled with for years, but luckily this time it only lasted one day. The following days, until the third session, passed in a very changeable mood. I remembered one of my friends who said: "what are your thoughts, such are your cuticles", and mine were unfortunately bitten. The warmth on my palms was felt from the first session, and somehow “walked” all over my body. I was worried about a burning sensation in my throat and lungs, however after the third session that also disappeared.

 

~ Third session

 

Four days after the second session, I went to bed, relaxed, and it started again. The heat was just pouring in. Mostly the heat permeated the left side of the body. It was strange that at one point I felt a force pull my left cheek, as if sucking it. A breeze around the eyes and nose. Then the tingling in the right part of my head, as well as in one place on my leg where I had an injury, lasted for a very short time, maybe a few seconds. Then the appendix again, but unlike last time it was uncomfortable because it was cold. My eyes watered. However, my fists were so hot that they burned and itched me. The sensations lasted for a very long time after the session, so I could not conclude when the session was actually over. In the morning, I still had a feeling of warmth on my left side, a little stronger on my left cheek, and a small rash appeared on the upper part of my right hand that lasted for a few days.

 

I still feel the energy when the body calms down, as if someone is by my side and warming me up. The most important thing is that, both then and today, I am very happy, smiling and in a good mood. The superfluous questions from the head simply disappeared, they were erased, the thoughts somehow came together, the nonsense simply "suffocated". I really hope and want it to stay that way.
